The Calf Block is great for Ironmaster machines or can be used with dumbbells or practically any weightlifting equipment. Built like a tank, this will last more than a lifetime.
Can also be used as a raised platform for your feet when doing flat bench presses on the Super Bench for those with shorter legs.
